recieved NOA with IOE reciept for I130?

I received the IOE text on August 21,  and then a month after I called I found out they sent the NOA1 to a different address and that the case was being processed on Nebraska. A month later I called again and told me they corrected the error and that the case was never on Nebraska but on Vermont. In my case I wanted texas service center. And for me it was california and When I called the lady said me that you have received letter which says California but on my computer I see that your case is being processed by Texas service center. And I had called 3 times in 3 weeks and I got everytime same response. Now I have to wait till February and will call again to find out what they say.I reside in Texas.

I’ll have to do the same and just wait til February 🙁

i just wish somehow they could notify people when cases are moved to another centers.

+1-800-375-5283 i used this one. But you’ll have to contact them on Monday. It usually takes 30 min for them to respond.

I am on Potomac PD is September 23 but I believe with the IOE receipt every center will be faster I have seen some people being approved so far within 4 months from Nebraska. So goodluck

Yeah they were just the ones from the pilot earlier this year. They started issuing everyone with IOE at the end of June so patiently waiting to see if it’s faster or not. There’s still loads of people waiting in Nebraska so not sure it’s going to be very different for us 😔

That’s the big question. It’s not that they’re being sent anymore than the others , they’re just wayyyyyyy slower at processing them 🤷🏼‍♀️

yes and yes..

it probably only took them 1 month to receive my NOA2...I have full timeline on my signature and the actual VJ timeline.
