HI,

yes, your service center is the California Service Center. That address states what service center is processing your case. In a paper application being processed in California Service center the receipt number should've start with letters CSCxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. however, since they are trying to implement electronic service to all the application forms, we may have fall into this pilot program, that's why our receipts may be starting with IOE. the question is since this is a pilot program our application will go thru faster? many people are saying that they got approved within 2 to 3 months with IOE receipt numbers. I just wondering if that's true.

could anybody confirm if their application got approved faster with IOE#

yes, if you look back to the previous posts on this forum, you can see their answers. Just remember the approval of I-130 if the first step of the process. once I-130 gets approved if the beneficiary spcouse  is out of US,  your case will be transfers to the NVC for further processing. when a visa become available and you summit all the documents required, then NVC will send the case will send the case to embassy abroad where the beneficiary lives for an interview and finally issue the visa. for permanent resident this process in the NVC takes longer because is limited the amount of visas allocated each year for green card holders. that means green card holder need to wait until a visa become available for their relatives. this is not the case for citizens because the visa is immediately available since there is not limit to the amount of visa for them.

The good news is the sooner you get approved the I130 the sooner your case will be put to the waiting list for the visa to become available for your case.

good luck, I hope everything goes well for you both.

Regards,

Luis

In August when I found out my case was in California center so I called and wanted to make sure so the agent said me you have received letter which says California but your case is in Texas. So I don’t know how accurate that information was. So far I don’t have any updates . I will be calling USCIS again in February 2020 so that way again I can come to know how accurate the information was about Texas center. And I live in Texas and I didn’t dream about California center😂. So let’s hope and also today california dates has jumped to June 30/2018 which is still better than Nebraska and Potomac when to 2017.

In my case I sent the I-30 for my husband. I received the IOE text on August 21,  and then a month after I called I found out they sent the NOA1 to a different address and that the case was being processed on Nebraska. A month later I called again and told me they corrected the error and that the case was never on Nebraska but on Vermont. Turns out that I received a letter about the correction and it came from Nebraska. Still I haven’t receive any other document or notification I’ll have to call them mid this month.

dont know what to think really 🙁
