Passed my interview today! Took 20 minutes! I have a tax installment agreement that I was worried about and all the officer needed was a signed copy of the notice, the current balance and a history of payments (which you can download from irs.gov). My speeding ticket from a long time ago was asked but only verbally needed confirmation of how much it was. I answered all of my questions, too!

Pretty awesome interview, if you ask me!

Awesome, congratulations 👏

As an experienced visajourney's member and knowledgeable of immigration laws; I never thought that I will be writing this. I will not be ending the N400 journey with you all. I have tried, I have tried, and have tried. Well, marriage has crashed and will file under the 5yrs rule when eligible. N400 application will be withdrawn when interview is scheduled to be safe. Not yet divorced, still under the same roof, never moved out, and (4) months  to USCIS' completion time. Congratulations to all those approved, and best of luck to those waiting to be scheduled. Thanks @Vikingoutwest for keeping the forum alive/ motivated.

Oh no Chars 😞 I am so sorry to hear about your struggle.I was hoping we hadn't seen you here because you were busy having fun, and I'm so sad that all this was happening in stead 😞 I want to thank YOU for setting up this thread and getting us all started with tracking and helping each other. You have been so helpful here and I know you have brightened people's days, and motivated them when they were low. I hope everything works out for the best for you, and that you will continue the journey, even if it might take a while longer. Best of vibes to you, and good luck on your continued journey!

If you are still living with your spose under the same roof and have not divorced and trying to work things out, why are you withdrawing your application then? The law does not specifically require you to be in a happy marriage. Just wondering?

@Ak2010, we are not working things out. Still under the same roof because of our child (boy). Leaving/or moving out isn't legally a smart idea when divorce is being talked.
