Omg omg omg they have just scheduled my interview!!!! I’m already so nervous... yikes! I haven’t been following this thread since I had no updates but the time has come, folks.

question for those who have already gone and successfully passed the interview (congrats, btw!!!) : how do they ask you to review what was put in the application, like, do they ask you “when did you work for such company?” “how long have you been living at your current address?”

I’m wondering if I’ll have to memorize all the info I put on there or if an estimate for such dates  would suffice.

many thanks!

In my case, he only quickly went through my application. I was asked my husband's DOB, our date of marriage, my travel dates outside the US in the last three years. Other questions are yes/no question in which he read from my application and asked if that's correct.

First , congrats :)

Yes, they ask those questions . Name of Places u worked ,name of places u lived and how long , ur current address , when u got married, ur county, ur height, weight...etc  That’s all I remember. U should review ur application just to make sure u don’t give different answer .

thank you so much! my biggest concern is regarding the dates for the jobs I've had the past few years. between starting school & having multiple part-time jobs, it's a lot of "start and end dates" to memorize. I'll try my best to, hopefully they won't be too strict about it.

This afternoon I checked my case status on the old website and saw it has changed to "Interview Was Scheduled". However, my status in the online account has not changed yet and it still shows "We received your biometrics".

Thank you

Hey guys, I have another question regarding the interview:

I know they say we must bring originals of all documents to the interview, which makes sense, however, some of the documents I uploaded to the website when applying for my N-400 were actually "copies" of papers that I got off the internet, such as energy bills (I went paperless, therefore I got 'em off the energy co.'s website) and bank statements (again, I went paper-free so I was able to get them off their website). If I go ahead and only print them out, technically they're not originals, so could that be an issue? I'll probably call bank & energy company tomorrow and see if I can have the "originals" of those papers sent to me by mail, just in case.

you can bring copies of those, what they might ask orginal is BC, GC or marriage contract or any document that has stamp on it..

I brought what I printed offline. I had a folder of stuff I brought with me to my interview, all my IO asked to see was my green card, nothing else, but I think its great to have lots of evidence with you in case your IO has questions.
