Don't we need certified copies from IRS? I checked the website, and it costs 50 bucks. Correct me if I am wrong.

All I submitted was our official tax transcripts for the last three years. I got them online from IRS.GOV and it was free.

I am trying to get my tax transcript from IRS for 2018, somehow it didn't let me download the form online. Has anyone had this problem with the IRS's website?

Thanks.

I’ve had this issue since last year and the only way around it was requesting my tax transcript over the phone, to be sent to me by mail. Took about a week

Just did my biometrics!!! Walk-in was not an issue at all. Everything went smoothly, thankfully! 😄

Did you bring the original notice? Did you have to explain why are you there before the date assigned? I applied yesterday and I was wondering if I get the notice online tomorrow should I print it and go with it. Thanks

I haven’t gotten the biometrics letter in the mail yet, so I brought my printout letter from the website. When I passed through security, the officer noticed my appointment wasn’t until the 17th, then I told him I’ll have a final exam on that day (for school, which is true) and was hoping to have it done early. He said I could give it a try. Then when the lady asked about people’s appointments (“who’s here for 11am?”), I got up and told her that same thing I told the security officer, she didn’t mind at all.

Once you get the biometrics appointment letter online you can print it and go in with that:-)

Tax Transcripts from the IRS.  And they are free, put in your info on the website and you can print/download a PDF. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

That’s exactly what I did this morning. Not sure if your local office will be okay with it but the officers at mine didn’t mind and took me in.

Yeah you should be able to get your IRS tax transcripts for free. You may have an issue requesting the docs through the website, however, which is why I called them up and made the request by selecting one of the options. It’s pretty straightforward:)

Hi all,

Just submitted my N400 tonight. I got my i751 approved March 1st and now onto the next step. I am located in the Boston area. Let's see how quickly this moves, I have heard stories from people we know that we were processed pretty quickly recently.
