@Grumpycatnj, I haven't tried that method before, but the online copy of the biometric letter also has a barcode which I believe should work if you want to use it for early walk-in. However, I will prefer that you just wait for the mail version and do an early walk-in. Good luck!

4/23/2019 (Day 00): N-400 filed Online (Portland, OR), Receipt Notice

4/27/2019 (Day 04): Biometrics scheduled

4/29/2019 (Day 06): Receipt notice available online and received in mail, Biometrics notice available online 

5/06/2019 (Day 13): Biometrics letter received in mail

5/15/2019 (Day 22): Biometrics appointment

5/16/2019 (Day 23): Reviewed biometrics

8/30/2019 (Day 129): Estimated wait time count down expired, "we are taking longer than expected to process your case"

10/17/2019 (Day 177): Egov says "Interview was scheduled", 2 hours later Myuscis says the same - no date yet

10/18/2019 (Day 178): Interview document uploaded to Myuscis

11/25/2019 (Day 216): Interview in Portland, Oregon, "A decision cannot be made", 5 hours later Egov says "placed in line for Oath"

Hi,

 

I just learned through the online application that my biometrics has been scheduled for May 6.

 

I was just at that USCIS location less than a month ago for the I-751 biometrics, even though it was a code 3. Now it's a code 5.

Congratulations on your biometrics appointment being scheduled! Sorry you have to go again so soon though, too bad they don't just use the one you just did...but excellent that your case is progressing! 🙂

Thank you. I'm surprised for good that the N-400 seems to be moving fast! It took them eight months to notify me of the biometrics after filing the I-751.

 

I thought they would waive my biometrics this time as the previous one is very recent, but if they want me there again, they'll have me 😉

Received application: Submitted April 23rd.

Estimated completion time: April 2020 (12 months).

Estimated wait time: 30 days.

Package delivered on April 16th

Payment Check cashed by USCIS on April 19th

 

Still waiting for application receipt (NOA) in mail - any idea how long it takes to receive NOA.
