Just some information for when you respond to others. Expediting based on a job offer is possible and can be completed in as little as 2 months. I wish I had been given that information back in March when I was asking instead of starting the process over in Aug.

I did also move my older boys down to start school in Sept. I spent the first 2 weeks with them, came home for 1.5 weeks then went back for another week. The border crossing asked me on my trip last week if my husband And children were American  I said yes they were all dual citizens. That he started working there a in January, we are waiting for my immigration. He told me to have a nice visit.  All other trips they didn’t ask me any questions.

Married 11 years. Sadly there is no different line. Living alone now without my husband but with my son alone has been extremely trying.  Member of House of Representatives has not even replied to my correspondence.

Did your husband go for a job? We did get expedited. I already have my visa. We got expedited based on his job requiring him immediately.
