Hi all,

I have filed I-131, I-765 & I-485 all together since early October 2018 (receipt date October 09, 2018).  Today, it's 170 days.

From "egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/",  we can find:

The estimated time range (I-765; NBC = National Benefits Center) is b/t 4.5 to 6.5 months (w/ receipt date for a case inquiry is 09/24/2018).

The estimated time range (I-131; NBC) is b/t 5 to 7 months (w/ receipt date for a case inquiry is 09/07/2018).

Q1:  Per my understand, I-131 & I-765 is a combo-card, isn't it?

Q2:  Is it correct to say that I can follow the I-765 time range to inquiry my case (around 04/12/2019)?

Q3:  For those who had the approval, your case status should be updated on "egov.uscis.gov/casestatus".

Is there any one got the approval but case status was NOT updated?

Q4:  The current processing times from this VJ are Oct 27, 2018 and Oct 28, 2018 for I-765 and I-131, respectively.

Any idea the official processing times?  Third week / fourth week of Sept 2018?

thank you,

TL

4. There are no official processing times. There are official "when you are allowed to make a service enquiry" date for each form if your received date has passed that date but thats it.

They are officially processing EAD/APs for Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec just started today with one EAD being approved.

"It comes when it comes" is a true statement.

To whom it may concern,

My learning lesson from my case:

1.  I only submitted ONE set of copy (passport bio page + K1 Visa w/ entry stamp +  I-94 + K1 NOA2 Approval Notice) for concurrent filing of I-485 / I-765 / I-131.

For safe (and per the advise from many people in here), I should submit one set of copy per form, total 3.

2.  I-765 & I-131 is a combo card.  For now, please note that the I-765 has a shorter time range.

My I-765 was approved yesterday and the case status has been updated.

However, my case status for I-131 is not updated.  I doubt it will be.

This could be one of the main reasons I saw some case numbers (which are AP) were approved but case status unchanged.
