Sorry I am late to the party. But there was another thread I previously participated in where I broke down the vaccinations. Hope it helps.

Can you give the link to the website you said lists all of the vaccines required for Dominican Republic.  My fiance is in DR and he is in the process of getting his vaccine card from his childhood, but worst case scenario, he might not have it.  How much did you guys have to pay in total for the medical appointment?  Thank you.

He didn’t have vaccinations records so that’s the price without.
