question on expedite

@mari04 Note that while saying I lack an education due to my use of “LOL”, you wrote your response within a quote of my own. But who am I one to use the inability to use an Internet forum as a sign of education or intelligence.

With that said, most people here will make assumptions if not all of the facts are provided. Most of the time, when people omit facts it’s because the facts won’t work in their favor, which is why VJ and most online public immigration forums tend to lean on the side of caution while also assuming the worse for the OP. Expect questions and assumptions in the future on this forum.

Good luck with your expedite and I hope your fiancés trip and interview goes well when she’ll have to leave you.

Thank you! I went to San Diego today. It turned out that they needed proof to be faxed to them. I already had everything they requested in hand and faxed it. So, everything looks good.

Regarding status: my fiancee is legally in Mexico on 180 days tourist visa. She left, came back in a week and they gave her another 180 days.  She is legal here but unless she is permanent resident in mexico she cannot have interview here. Thus, once we get expedite she will go back and have interview in her home country.

Glad to hear about this, so you guys should start compiling the documents needed to upload and prepare for her trip back home for interview because my expedite was accepted on march 8th and on 25th I was interviewed (monday this week :) ) Once expedited everything goes fast and since they saw you physically it adds more strength to your expedite request. Goodluck. Btw dunno about k1 and police records so maybe your fiancé could get one from MX?
