The doctor Monica Caicedo from Bogota Colombia is the worst option to take the medical exams for the embassy. I had my appointment with the doctor on March 13, long before my Visa appointment on April 1, so that I wont have any problems, however, today March 27 I still do not have the results and my appointment at the embassy is on Monday, April 1st/2019 . I have depression for 6 years, I take medicine and I have a normal life. I took with me the clinical history of my therapist and the doctor Monica says that it is not clear to her and she sent me to see a psychiatrist from the embassy, it was on March 19 and although it's been 8 days, in Monica's office they say they don't know if my results will be ready for the day of the embassy interview. I am so frustrated for all the process time and also I feel at the doctor's office they are being bureaucrats and they don't care. Who else has gone through this situation? I need your advice. thank you.

There are many people who experience something that others do during this process. You are never alone. Your experience is not uncommon.

I am sure you are in touch with the Doctors office which is a good thing. If your medical does not reach the embassy in time for your interview that is not going to cause you a denial just a delay. The embassy can approve your case with the exception of what the results are from the Dr. Yes there will be an additional delay if you have the interview and the medical did not arrive in time. How long is the delay.... No one can say. Most embassy's its 2 weeks.

You may find others from your embassy that can help you understand what is happening and what to expect. I recommend that you add your question to that thread. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/96-mexico-latin-south-america/
