Ello there~~

I have a question regarding the i-134 income requirement. Here is my situation.

My fiance is from NY, she graduated college this year. She is living with parents. She currently does not have a job and is living at home. So no income at all for I-134 except for about $5000 USD in the bank account. Her mom sponsored 3 people already and is maxed out for her current amount of salary.

The beneficiary (me) has been running his own business for 7 years and has around $800K in USD in the bank account in Canada. I have a friend who lives in Washington DC, currently working for NASA who said he would be willing to joint sponsor if his job allows him to. Although he only recently got hired. in 2017 his income was over 21K. For 2018 he lived off of savings and focused on finishing university, then in 2019 he got a job in January at NASA. Would this joint sponsor be sufficient enough for the I-134 requirement?

Thanks, if I was not clear on anything, please let me know. :)

During the time that he was at University did he have any income? Or was it entirely savings?
