Is yours I130, too correct?? Was it sent to different SC and transferred to NBC??

my daughter’s ( adopted) I 130 has been at NBC from last Aug. so it has been 14 months. Requested 3 inquiry and only 1 response which is the same one as you got. It’s crazy I hope we all hear something good soon.

Yes mine is I-130 and it has been at NBC right from the start.

We even had to send the I-129f (k3) as some people say it speeds up their I-130 approval but everything we’ve tried so far is not working. I hope we all hear something soon. 🤞

We also had received RFE for our 130 for evidence if bonafide marriage. We replied with lots of evidence and received approval 2 weeks later. If they sent you RFE it’s because they are reviewing your file. You should hear something soon! Good luck!

Our RFE was also for bonafide marriage and we sent them lots of evidence and it’s past 3 weeks now since they received our evidence. I hope we hear something soon.

Yes I check several times every day and my husband try to call them once or twice a week.

If you have text messaging on your account with uscis, you will get a text on your phone the minute they approve your case.

 It’s been 28 days for me after response to RFE with no approval still 😭 😢....

Nothing... Nothing for over a year. I know how you feel.... I am so tired of this.

I don't see no one is getting approved last two months so far... I don't know what is going on.

To all... we finally got approved today!!  The funny thing is, we applied for B2 visa for my daughter last week.

At the embassy they denied her  B2 since her I 130 is pending. however, the interviewer says it is very strange I 130 is taking 14months. and they said they would contact them for us.  We got approved next day! Very happy!!  Thank you for all your support and help. Especially you @inneedofmyhb !! Hope everyone hear something very soon.

For us it’s been 40 days since they received our RFE and we still have nothing. Tried sending the third outside normal processing time service request and it won’t allow it. The second service request we sent has passed 30 days  but it’s not letting us send the third one. I’m loosing my mind with all this.

I know exactly what you mean. I was about to go insane for this waiting game.  Really, nothing helped me to calm down. But now I can say it will end eventually, so stay strong. and you are doing right thing !! I will pray for you.

Oh my friend!!!! I am soooo happy for you!! know your joy...it’s an unexplainable feeling to those not going through this!! You were very lucky to have an CO that truly cared and did something about it. Applying for the B2 was the best decision you made. You came out winning...I am still at NVC..their uploading site CEAC has been down for over 1 week now, so it’s just a matter of waiting, again. Don’t lose touch with me...keep me updated on everything that’s going on and let me know if you need any help, I will still be here for you. Again, congratulations finally!!!! 😍😍
