You received a RFE?  Can you tell me more about what they asked?  Was it an interview? Or just need to send them more information.  Please let me know.

Just wanted to see if you’ve received any updates. I received an email today for the inquiry I put in 2 weeks ago. They just said, my case is pending adjudication and they can’t provide a completion date at this time. BUT here’s what’s interesting. My case was transferred from Texas to NBC on 4/30. The email I received today the address listed at the top is from my local office. I am thinking my case has been transferred there and they are going to schedule an interview.

So I called USCIS like stated in the e-mail; I was not able to get through a live person, so then I decided to chat with someone instead (at USCIS) the person gave me a request # and said that I should wait 30 days until I get a response from them about the status of my  husbands application (I-130 - has passed the processing time..  So right now, I'm again waiting and hoping to get answers soon.

I hope we all get something soon.  I posted on other August fillers thread but We did got the inquiry number on June 7th. They said they would get back to us in two weeks and they never did.  We called twice since then and they said there is nothing they can do at this moment cause of backlogged and inventory at NBC.  We will keep calling if we don't hear from them another two weeks but I hope someone in this group will receive something nice that will give us a big hope. Crossing my fingers.

So many people I am in contact with going through this process and everyone is getting the same answers. I don’t know what’s going on over there. But it’s interesting because someone sent me a link and the filings have decreased but processing times increased. It’s all backwards.

I got estimated time Email from Visa Journey. It is saying my approval estimate time will be Aug 25th. So Do you think NBC is taking 12months !!??? like Nebraska??

I really hope not... =(.. My inquiry is up for a response on 07/05/2019; I will be in contact with them again on 07/08/19 if I don't hear anything.

 

I told my attorney about the processing time being up but it seems like they can't do anything to speed things up.  

 

Really upsetting because we have to be waiting for a response no matter of their deadlines, no way of getting ANY answers any other way not even by calling.  SMH

Exactly!! Crazy. Me too, we got this inquiry number for 32days now. Nothing.  We will get another one soon. Every time I check the app to see which case number they are working, Seems like NBC is not even looking anybody’s paperwork...... keep me updated. Praying for you too.

Congress office has Emailed NBC for us. They said since my daughter is adopted that’s why her I 130 went to NBC. and these type of applications have no processing time line and they can’t give us any. However, they said they will be adjudicated as quickly as available resources allow. So again all we can do is WAIT 😢

@Jaz & JP Any update from NBC????  It will be 11 months for us.. Congress has contacted NBC for us and has been two weeks.... This wait kills me.... seems like NBC is not working at all.

@Jaz & JP @inneedofmyhb I know has been almost a year for all of us. Any updates??
