Nvc have not receuved yet my approved I-140 of 8months

My  1-140 was approved 8months ago with recaptured PD of 2008.. but until now NVC have not received my file yet. Though USCIS sent me notice of action last year with attached form 1-797..  has anyone experienced this? 8 months is way too long.. my attorney has been investigation this for almost months now and still no news yet from uscis

Have you called the NVC and what do they say?

NVC says that they have no records of my file yet and most probably USCIS have not forwarded it to them yet.. that they will investigate and cordinate with USCIS regarding thos matter.. and the coordination and investigation has been running for almost 5 months now.

Call uscis and speak with a tier 2 officer. Open a service request.

See if you can get a congressman or senator involved if you are in the US.

Unfortunately I am in the Philippines and could not seek the help of any local congressmen or senator.. just solely relying on the atrorney of my agency.. 9 months of approved petition and is very current now.. unfortunately for unknown reasons NVC have not received my approved petition yet from the USCIS
