Hello, my case is at nvc and I have submitted my documents but it keeps saying that my marriage certificate is not in the right side up. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue because my case is current ...

i had the same issue like you so I rescanned the doc and reupload it just make sure it reads horizontally after you scanned it and not ups n down...it got approved and now waiting for the interview date....good luck

Thanks for the response but I seem not to understand what you mean by me to make sure it reads horizontally and not ups and down ... I would appreciate if you could show me an example.. thanks.

Place the document on the scanner bed in the direction that results in the PDF being the correct orientation for reading the document when it is opened up. 

Try scanning the document , saving the file , then opening the saved file   It might be right way up, upside down or on its side. Rotate the document on the scanner bed and rescan

Thanks but i don't understand your explanation maybe sending an example would be more explanatory..
