In accordance with Georgia law, "The Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act," I am required to display the following in any and all languages that I may give immigration related advise:

'I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW AND MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE.'

"NO SOY ABOGADO LICENCIADO PRACTICAR LEY Y NO PUEDO DOY ASESORAMIENTO JURÍDICO O ACEPTO LOS HONORARIOS PARA El ASESORAMIENTO JURÍDICO."

Yes, I saw that post. Everybody is entitled to their own views, beliefs, and opinions....even if 99.9% of the people don't get it. From what few posts I have seen from Anais Nin...I count myself in with the 99.9 percenters that don't get it.

As far as the constant reference to Amerika...IMO it is a more subtle than the usual lunatic fringe reference to AmeriKKKa. I don't know, but I suspect as much.

That's my 2 cents. ;)

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

I am still puzzled why someone that hates this country so much, wants to come here. If immigration was to read these forums I'm sure they would have a few questions for him

Maybe he/she is the USC and his/her visa petition was denied in the foreign country--therefore they are stuck with petitioning his/her spouse to come here instead.

Anaïs Nin (pronounced /IPA: [ana'iːs nin]/ "ana-EESE neen") (February 21, 1903 - January 14, 1977) was a French-born author of Spanish, Catalan, Cuban, and Danish descent who became famous for her published journals, which span more than sixty years, beginning when she was eleven years old and ending shortly before her death. Anais is also famous for her erotica, which not only proves sensual, but also acts as a study of human sexuality in it's perfection and flaws.

For many years, Anaïs Nin maintained a double life as a lover of the poor but also a wealthy wife. Her first husband was Hugh Guiler, a banker and artist, whom she married as a young woman in the 1920s. Rupert Pole, whom she married in 1955 while still married to Guiler, was a forester and the step-grandson of architect Frank Lloyd Wright. After the death of Hugh Guiler in 1985, the unexpurgated versions of her journals were commissioned by Rupert Pole.

So he is a she. Hey Anais? How is that erotica coming along?

Anais Nin had (maybe still has, I haven't checked) 'clementine' on his friends list on his VJ profile. Remember clementine?
