hi im inside the us i will marry with us citezien  after that i will apply for adjustemeny of my situation with imigration the issus  tgat my wife donn t pay taxes for 6 years ago she is low income does this thing make problem with imigration about succes of my case advise plz

If she did not file taxes due to low income how are you going to address the public charge issue?  How are you going to pay the fees?  What is her proof of income?  Just because she has low income does not mean she does not file taxes.

Yes it will cause issues. For adjustment of status, the primary sponsor for support, your spouse, must present 3 years tax returns from the IRS. She needs to back file immediately regardless of her income level.

 

With that being said, she has to be able to show she can financially sponsor you. She has to make 125% the poverty guideline. If she hasn't even had to file, she won't meet that I can guarantee.

 

So that being said also, she will always be your primary sponsor, but she will need a co-sponsor who meets the requirement also. 

 

Without these things, no AOS.

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

i purchate u guys about your help i inform u that i have sponser from familly wife i will try to fill the taxes for spouse for last 3 years is ok but she is low income and unemployment????

She’s both unemployed and low income? Have her get a job that pays at least $10/hr.

So she doesn't work and you can't work...  so how are you able to live in the US now?  In a very expensive city in California?
