As mentioned, this should not be an issue at all.  I don't ave a copy of ours (from New York) handy at the moment, but what I recall, that is exactly the way it is - maiden names are listed on the document.

I also just did marriage in Las Vegas, you have the ability here to get a certified copy of the actual marriage license . It's an extra 7 dollars, but worth it because it shows your maiden name, previous marriages, parents names of both parties. I threw a copy of this into our AOS to avoid name issues. My wife didn't change her name though, so not a big deal.
