The AR-11 appears to be only used if I am living in the U.S. and I am in Canada still. Do we still use it or another form, or will they do it over the phone through customer service? I am assuming the Consulate in Vancouver will change it over the phone, however, at what point can they change it? Do they have access to our file now before it has been approved?

Thank you all so much!

Kim
