K1 Visa after pay MRV fee

Hi everyone,

 

I have paid the MRV fee $371 and I don’t know what should I do next? On my profile there is no interview appointment scheduled. I thought after made payment there will be some instructions but I can’t find anywhere. Should I just wait until someone contact me for interview or what should I do now? 

 

Please advise.

I assumed your ceac status is ready? That's why you paid

 Mrv? But haven't received your packet 3? From us embassy, they will send by courier, wait for it, instructions are there..

The K-1 fee is $265, was $371 in Singapore Dollars? Usually after you pay the fee, on US docs page there is a way to associate payment code with your visa which lets Embassy know your fee was paid.

She have to wait for the packet 3

There's instructions there including to

Send back the mrv receipt original, ds160 confirmation page and the signed 3rd page of the checklist. Then she can received the interview appointment date, embassy wont care if you paid already. Having said that, you can still of course pay in advance as mrv fee is valid for 1 year.

thank you for your all concern about my case.

 

the problem is i have gaven the wrong address to fill in the I-129F form previously so until now I haven’t received any packet yet. I have emailed to  support@ustraveldocs.com but still no news. Then my attorney gave me the DS form and said pay visa fee, that’s why I paid for it.

 

but right now  i don’t have packet 3, I don’t know what to do. Totally feel lost :((

Email us embassy singapore at singaporecon@gov.state

 

 

State your full name as beneficiary 

And your case number.. Inform your new/updated address

Seriously im at lost how some lawyers advised their client, clearly they aren't as informed as they are supposed to be.
