I-129F Name of Employer?

1. For question number 13. Full name of Employer, do i write down the name of the store and address that i work at or the cooperate that is shown on my W2 form, because on my w2 in employer's name and address is the cooperate's that owns these stores.

They have the employer name field set up to only allow letters when you open in Adobe reader. But my company has a number in its name. Assuming I should just hand write the employer name in when I print it out? It's supposed to be the company name, right, not the HR person's actual name or something? Find it really odd they would restrict numbers in that case.
