Here you go @Qwerty87 and @Pooley - sorry for the delay, there was a crash on the motorway that meant I sat in traffic for an extra hour - and then had to run straight into a meeting!

Summary Care.pdf

Thank you! So helpful ☺️ I’ve got an appointment this evening so I’ll make sure I ask for this. Have a great day!

No problem - if they’ve been difficult before, at least you’ll be able to get this letter up on your phone (or print it out) and use it to bolster your argument - fingers crossed you get it! X

Just checking I have the right thing, at the top does yours say “patient summary: Brief summary”? And does it contain sections (almost like boxes like a preset format) that day contact details, registration details, active problems, allergies and notes from the last four weeks?

That I don’t know (though sounds like @LukeU has confirmed) - you’re way ahead of me in the process (my NOA2 is due in around 3-4 weeks), so I’ll be collating documents soon! X

Mine was titled something very similar. Had ongoing issues, previous "major" and last 4 visits (which were all annotated "Visa application update" 😂)

Mine looks similar to that, it has all of those details but does not have the same title.

Yeah, I emailed Knightsbridge/VisaMedicals and they said the online medical records (Patient Access in my case) are fine. As long as they contain all the information that they need, but I would email/call them to be sure.

Were you every successful in getting your summary? My fiance just went in this morning after he was registered and they told him no again, saying he has to have it in writing. It's so frustrating. He's going to try again tomorrow with another letter requesting them.

Wow, this is unbelievable! I'm still waiting for NOA2 but I have access to my online records which seems like they'll be accepted. Has your fiancé tried going in to GP and asking for online access to their records? Really baffled that they can refuse to give you *your own* records..?!
