So we just realized that our letter of intent that we printed when i was in her country was in a A4 size so its bigger than the letter size that everything else that im printing out here, is that gonne be a problem? should i reprint it in letter size but then what about the signature and the date? can she just use e-signature or does it need to be in ink. I was going to send the packet in today but i guess we'll have to delay it for now? unless they wont mind the paper size of the letter of intent being different

i believed A4 is rather longer (not bigger), because it's also slimmer, anyway,

option1: just trim it so at least it'll have the same length (cant do anything with the width)

option2: send as it is

option3: we sent beneficiary's scanned signature and we're approved.

i think all 3 options will be acceptable

goodluck

Paper size won't be an issue. If you still want to make a new copy your fiancé can print the intent letter, sign it, scan it and send it back to you via email. No wet signatures needed.

Instructions are silent about evidence being submitted on a required paper size.  Much ado about nothing

YMMV
