Yes the embassy seems to have opened up Tuesday & Wednesday at times.

You won't know what is available until you get online, what is or isn't available changes by the minute.   Last I heard Beginning of May was the earliest, but earlier openings do appear from time to time.

For the I-130 I saw everyday of the week. all early in the morning though starting at 6:40 am to 8:30 am.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Yes all immigrant visas get "prime" treatment!
