Yes, I got what you meant. I had one question. Do I really need to fill I-864a since my sponsor's income is sufficient (well beyond the poverty line) and we don't need my sponsor's husband income/assets to support our case?

Hi did you submit the 864a? I got cc but we never uploaded an 864a form. I wonder if they will ask me during the interview

Congrats! I know how painful the wait is :)!!! Did they ask you for I-864a? As I said in the other post, I did not submit I-864a since this form is only needed if the joint sponsor income alone is not sufficient. If they asked for it then, I guess you should take the signed forms (and other documents) with you to the interview in case the officer gets picky about that!.

We did not submit that form and we got CC. Our lawyer didnt tell us about it thats why i didnt know what to answer you. Then today, i asked my husband to gather all his orginals and check all papers and he read on the checklist the 864a. Maybe I will ask my JS spouse to fill up and i just bring the hard copy to interview. I hope no more changes in our CEAC 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

And thank you! Yes! I was in denial when my husband told me i thought he was joking. I checked CEACand we did recieve msgs there about Dq twice. I still did not believe ir until i received the emails. Yes two emails of DQ as well lolol! And even now it’s like a dream. 🤗

Are  F4 visas waiting time for interview longer than CR1/IR1?

Do not know. majority of the applicants are in category CR1/IR1. It seems that Nsk1433 is in f4. Hope he has received interview schedule, which would give me hope.

Ive checked canadian VJ members and seems K1 has the biggest number of applicants. I rarely see CR1/IR1. Yea Nsk1433 is f4.
