How can I divorce my spouse who has been in the US for only 3 months and came here on an IR1 visa from me

I actually know someone who was paying nothing more then $25 a week for twins. He made sure to not make any money.

That is what I was sort of expecting the other replies suggested otherwise  traceable 💰

Deliberately putting yourself in poverty seems to be an extreme solutIon to reduce childcare obligations.  Any rational person would rather earn more and hence keep more in absolute terms even if they pay more $$ in childcare than otherwise.

That is exactly what my ex did. Never paid a penny in support.

For some it's not poverty it's just not traceable. My ex made plenty of money never paid a penny.  Those types only want to stick it to us. Well so they think. My kids were far better off without their father. Their step father went above and beyond for my 4 kids.
