3 Month Residency Rule before applying for N400

Hi, im confuse about the 3 month residency before applying for N400. I traveled abroad for 55 days. I came back last January. I traveled once since I set foot in this country. I lived in the same house for 5 years now. 

 

Does it mean I have to wait 3 months because I traveled abroad before I can apply for N400?

It means if you move to another state you have to live there for 3 months before you can file for USC.

Thanks Georgia16, since I never move. I can apply for N400 anytime after my arrival in the US? And I dont have to wait until April to apply?

If you meet all the requirements then I can't see why not.

You don't need to wait. You are good.

Travel abroad is a different thing and doesnt impact from a residency requirement
