You wanted to know what your chances are.

Possible, yes.

Your assumption is incorrect, you need to read the thread.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

What proofs of bonafide relationship you showed for k1 Visa?

What proofs are you going to show for cr1? If they denied k1 based of lack of bonafide relationship they might do the same for cr1 Visa. How much time you spend together in person?

Just marrying won't solve the "bona fide relationship" issue.  The best evidence is proof of time together...like many visits or your spouse moving to Pakistan for a while.

So why didn't you marry?

K1 and Cr1 takes much longer.

then we wont be able to apply for k1 and cr1 takes longer time

It's like 1 or 2 months difference. Not really a good reason to not get married  😛

yes we didn't knew that actually sum1 told us cr1 takes 1.5 years so didn't take a risk now we regret that decision

With AP that does not seem an unreasonable estimate.
