what if twicw b1/b2 denied and k1 is also denied ???now ccr1

You sound a little bit too much interested more about your American dream than wanting to be with your fiance. Your fiance could move to your country if you really want to be together.

You mentioned American dream bro.. the CO have seen that you’ve attempted twice to go to the United States in 2018 and you reasoned out an exam in your 2 applications. You got engaged in 2017 then applied for k1 this year, right? I’m just reading your post bro. American dream should never be mentioned when you apply for the K1. That’s a wrong reason, IN MY OPINION😊

i wanted to be with her ...we have planned every thing just wanted to know what are cahnce of cr1 ????aftrr all my situation

no i never mentioned that i just said i wanted to join my fiance .....so what are cahnce for cr1

Maybe you should tell your fiance to join the forum. Might be able to clear up some things and also her English I'd assume is a bit better.

It's not a lottery. You either qualify for immigrant Visa and have proper proofs or not.
