Hi,

I am about to send my AOS application and sending AP form with it. I came in as a K-1 fiancee. I am now married and in the USA.
Having some issues understanding couple things:

1. Request for "Evidence that your trip is for educational, employment, or humanitarian purposes"

I understood that having a vacation or going to see a family in home country would be a good reason enough but I don't see it being part of any of the listed categories. Can I just write purpose on the trip to be visiting family?

2. Other information

How specific does the date of intended departure be the length of the stay?
Also if I am intending to use the document for more than one trips do I need to explain that somehow?

Thank you!

This doesn't count for AOS from K1. You don't need to put an explanation in

2. Other information

How specific does the date of intended departure be the length of the stay? Not, cause you don't know when you will get your AP. On the last page you can put in extra info, explain there that any dates you filled out are fictional, since you don't know when you will get your AP (or just don't fill out dates and refer to the last page with extra info)
Also if I am intending to use the document for more than one trips do I need to explain that somehow? Nope, normal AP can be used as many times as you want until it expires.

Thank you!
