As soon as our application arrived at the embassy, it said ready on CEAC, now it says no status-has this happened to anyone else? should i be worried? my interview is next week

I always love the question "has this happened to anyone else?" When you have over 3 million ppl a year applying to get a visa I'm sure it has happened before.

Yes it happens and there is nothing to be worried about. You guys are overthinking this process. If you sit back and relax. Let the process flow you will have a much easier time of getting your visa. This is not a hard process if you just let go and TRUST the process. You'll be in front of the CO and your interview will be all of about 5 easy questions and done. 5 min tops.

You can go into "no status" when they are "ready" and you have booked your interview. So they are waiting for you to show up that's why there is "no status".

I saw your profile that you are from Lebanon but you ask about Indonesia K process? Just bit confuse🙂

Anyway.. before do the mcu make sure petitioner and benneficiary know, understand and prepare all the documents that required for Intvw ( P3). You can schedule  your medical in RS premier Bintaro as soon as you got NVC #casenumber, but my advice is do the medical around 2-3 weeks after NVC case number (just try to make the MCU result and P3 received  is pretty close). For normal case, it will take 5 days for the hospital to complete the medical report and they will send it directly to embassy.

Good Luck!

I am now wondering the same thing; why is their flag from Lebanon and they are interviewing in Indonesia. The flag is there to represent the country in which you will have your interview in. That way, others who are going to respond with factual information or boots on the ground (like you are doing) real day experience with the "real" embassy.

I was assuming he was asking for someone else. Pretty sure his correct embassy is Lebanon

@clw654321 is right. My embassy is the Lebanese one, but I was asking for a friend :) She was told this same process but she wanted to verify it was correct before possibly prematurely scheduling her medical. She waited almost the full 8 months for her NOA2 so she wants to get moving on this as soon as possible. Thank you for the information!!
