14 months is the shortest time i have seen between 2018-2019 because they are many delays with Vawa now.

Bonafide marriage prove goes beyond phone conversations, you need joint documents, both names listed Bills, Bank account , Credit cards in both names, Drive licenses in the same address, photos, if you don't have much prove notarized affidavits from friends, neighbors that know you both and know the you guys were in a relationship: Like my apartment lease was under my mother's name  but in the lease agreement she add me and my husband in the additional occupant page, and she also made an Notarized letter staging from what time to what time we lived in the same apartment. Those little details prove bonified 

If the person has the documents you mentioned, of course, the documents will help to  prove a bonafide marriage, but would say  60% or 70% of my cases the petitioners did not have a single document to prove a bonafide marriage but I  was able to explain why they did not have the documents and I argued about "secondary evidence standard"  as well and all cases were approved(all without RFE).

 

The person MUST explain why he/she does not have the documents such a, s lease agreement, tax return filed jointly, joint bank account etc.

This is very interesting to know. L Secondary Evidence and explanation of every little detail...... this encourage a lot people to still have hope even without much proof...

I was lucky enough not to use it but I know other here might have an answer to your question.

I have been here and there for a while. but when i filled I was here for a year. I submitted a clearance from where I reside and I have to bring from the location prior to moving back to US. but I don't know how to get it.

Yes, as long as you translate them if needed.

I used all I had to proof my case.

they are conversations in english. does anybody know how or when can i go to make a trancript of them? and should that be notarized as well?

Lol😂😂😂😂😂😂 ok I will take your advice and go be an assistant.. Thanks sweety! I think you should ask someone to help you get it..start making enquiries..you are lucky..they are almost ready to approve your case..and your RFE is really simple! I had 3 RFEs I was worried! It's not long ago that I remembered how to laugh again 😂😂😂😘😍 @sandranj please help!

If the conversation is in English..I'm wondering why the need to translate? But if they aren't its the duty of whoever is translating to notarize..or so it should be!

Also I read earlier someone advising you that phone messages/audio recordings aren't the only proof to be focused on for abuse..I really do hope you have other evidences as well..in all..everything and anything you can lay your hands on will help!

They are asking for fingerprint police clearance from the city or state or home country you lived in for more than 6 months before coming to the US.

And when the one I had was going to expire I got an extension of 180 days. Then I filed for a new ead and got it in 2 months. And now just waiting on the interview

As our earlier conversation God is with us. when I got this RFE I knew that i'm already approved, when God wants you to know he does all the work he drops some signs. the RFE indicates that they have been through my documents in and out. I am trying to get the clearance from back home as much as I could. i'm enjoying the process because i'm 100% sure It is under control. Sandranj will get back in the evening, I kind of know her timing
