Who was applying around this months? For how long you were waiting for receipt number or for email notifications?

 

I start worrying🤭😨

Usually they take 10 days but I had cases they took 30 days to issue the receipt.

When you will reenter they will send you for secondary inspection ,don’t panic. The first immigration officer when he sees you he/she  will tell you that another officer will talk to you but the second officer just confirm if your AP is “real” and then they will let you enter ok.

I had heard the even with AP is up to the BPOfficer you allowed you to get into the Country again, that is why I am a bit scared.

Hi everyone .I know we talk about vawa here but I want to ask something in this thread .Is there anyone here who lives in New York(all counties) and has a room to rent for a female ? .It’s for a friend of mine.She was a vawa petitioner in the past and she really  needs a place to live asap. If you have or any friend has  a room  please let me know through private message ok.

it is impredecible, some people get I485 adjudicated after Vawa Approval in about 4-12 months, average 4-8 months. Some get Courtesy Letter for Medical I693 then get Interview Notice others not... I am

waiting for my Interview Notice too!

10/29/18 Vawa approved

3/13/19 Courtesy Letter

I know thru the forum that people that got CL on February are getting Interview dates set.

Hi everyone. I wanted to share my timeline with you. I am a silent reader and all of you have made me understand so many things without asking.

I got a notification of card in production under my VAWA receipt and i understand this usually means an approval.  I am so excited that the phase is almost over and encourage everyone waiting to keep believing and be patient.

 

 

 

I filed my VAWA in October 2017 - with a pending I485 from I130 filing with my abusive husband which was held in abeyance

I received 4 Prima Facies in total

NO RFEs

Applied for Advance Parole - Dec 13 2018

Got approved MArch 12 but no advanced parole document received till now

I had a lot of issues getting my EAD card. I just kept getting the 6 months extension. I applied for extension twice

The last extension was in Nov 2018

Got approved April 19 2019

Card in Hand April 18

Notification under VAWA - Card in production April 25th

Thanks my dear. She is a Pastor and she is facing such a difficult moment in her life now, but I have faith she will find a place to stay, evil will not win!
