Thanks darling!😘 wow! It hasnt? Well I hope it does..I don't know if this has anything to do with me contacting the senator..but rest assured that since we had updates of card production around the same time, you should get the approval update soon!

Hello everyone, I have filed VAWA (I-360,I765,I485 concurrently) in Nov 2018 at Vermont center. Had to end 1.5 yr marriage due to abuse and controlling behavior.Can anyone tell how long is it taking to get the EAD card? Received prima facie in Dec 2018. Appreciate your help. Thanks!

If it's not c9 you filed (your abuser filed for you?) Then you will wait for your vawa to get approved before they send EAD! So did your abuser ever file i485 for you..or you just did it yourself along with your i360? That will determine when you can get EAD.

Keep worshiping and praise our Jesus. . you have an amazing heart, I appreciate you and other members of this group for your kind help & support. Sometimes God keeps you somewhere to be a blessing for others and of course you are one of them. This is how you serve our Lord. What a pleasant news to get a good night sleep.

Hello, thanks for reply, I filed in c9 category a new I485 along with I765 and I360. Yes, I had to withdraw my previous 485(also filed in c9) filed by my USC wife since our first interview notice came right after the separation. Attorney suggested to do this. Not sure if that is the right thing. In this case is EAD taking 5-6 months now? Thanks.
