On the interview Notice it says to bring original documents of what was submitted in the petition. What if you had submitted the originals by accident and didn’t receive them back from USCIS, is it ok to go to the interview without them???

seriously i don’t think they need anything urgent except ur interview notice and Medicals, they have everything in file . I went with everything and they didn’t even look at them except for the interview reciept, Medicals, EAD, Passports which was expired and my drivers license. so you will be alright don’t worry much! Wish you best of luck!

Thank you for the response. My legal aid sent a copy of everything in my file except the original interview Notice “but sent a copy”, they submitted an original certificate I gave them in April 2017 plus the I-94 “which I can re download”.  Apart from those I got everything else.

They just checked on my expired visas and to see is i was inspected at the port of entry.so don’t worry just go with ur expired passport they don’t care as long as your work permit and drivers license is valid

Even the Notice of interview don’t have to be original my Lawyer email me everything and i just printed them out.So you can do that too.

Yes, you must have original packet you submitted “just in case” but not necessary, usually I hear very rare they ask you you for a document. When do you have the interview? Your lawyer should have that packet, just ask for a copy.

Thank you! I am so thrilled about my I131/AP
