It is good to find love again..but after all you've been through, you should really focus on healing and completing your adjustment of status! Goodluck.

I agree, too soon to be in relationship, take your time plus your legalization is 1st in my believe.I totally agree with  @FeDaniela

They know you filed I-360 because is showing in the computer. They won't let you know They received a copy of your I-360.

Lately USCIS reopened several old I-485 cases, even though they know the person filed a new I-485. We don't know why this is happening.

Instead of filing a motion to RECONSIDER,  not APPEAL, your attorney can call the hotline for supervisory review of your case. The motion request will be reviewed by the authority that issued the latest decision.

And please don't tell him how you will get your PR. Hun it will back fire sometimes. I just want you to take extra care about your case.
