You got them all! 

I 360 approval work arrive with an EAD 

then after a few more weeks you will get the I765 (c09) approval.

Once the I360 and I765 are approved you will get the I485 adjudicated.

Wait a minute, from what you mentioned earlier about your situation you still have an open i485 right? So what happens to it? Is there anyway you can get them to hold it while you file for vawa? The forms you listed are all there is but most folks just file i360 so that if its approved they go ahead with i485, but if its denied, you may be put in removal proceedings! Did you make up your mind not to use a lawyer?

I am in a tight spot which I wish I could get by. My problem is that I'm still waiting for my i360 approval or updates since I applied Feb 2017. I currently have a combo card which I can use to work and travel outside the US. My fear and worry is that I have just been offered a job with the United Nations based on my profession with my initial training of 2 months in Ukraine before further being sent out on my UN mission area which usually lasts about 4 months per each period (in total 6 months).

 

My worry is that will this affect my immigration status in any way for being away for such a long period of time.

 

My current combo card will expire in August but I have sent out my renewal months ago which I have received my 180 days extension along with advanced parole receipt notices.

 

I will really appreciate any advise of what best to do.

My deepest Congratulations! Great achievement but you should seek immigration consultation due to all new rules, you don’t want to jeopardize your application’s process knowing you are getting closer.

Maybe some one here in the forum can give you a Profesional advise.

Hi everyone! Just an update on my case. I had my interview on April 9. I didn’t have my medical but the officer told me that once they receive my medical, they will approve my case. I went to get my medical done on April 10 and because of the new format of the tuberculin test, it now takes 5-7 days instead of 2 to 3 days for the results. So yesterday, April 15 I got a call that my medical was ready for pick up. I picked it up and drove the 2 hours from my town to the service center to submit my medical at their provided Dropbox. Today I got the notice that my case was approved! Praise God! I started crying when I saw the  notice because I couldn’t believe that this long 8 year journey was finally paid off. 

 

Thank you to everyone here for the support and for keeping me sane. In god’s name, all of us will overcome this hurdle.

I have a question but does the green card picture is the same for the ead, or do u need to take new biometrics once the i485 is being adjudicated??

Yeah I had the same issue whenever I renew my DL but used the same techniques the PF helps to get a medical assistant and a financial aid to study. don't underestimate it. I am blessed that I have my parents and sisters reside here but if that weren't the case the PF will get you housing and cash assistant as well. After we settled our cases hope we'll be by the side of others who are passing through this kind of life paths. Sometimes God put us on some kind of disaster in life, it is not because he doesn't care but to train us to help others. you don't get it unless you were on that shoe. I believe i'm the chosen one.

on this morning in Philadelphia. I talked to the clerk first, but still not work. Then I told her that i want to speak to supervisor. After 20 minutes, the supervisor came to me and asked me to provide i485 and i765. After he reviewed them, he issued me another 6 months.

Hello.. sorry if I may ask, did anybody get a DL with prima facie?  If yes what state is that?
