just go to another location. I am in my third Prima facia and renew only with that. pray and give them your papers confidently. and request to speak with a supervisor politely. don't forget you are a victim and needs to be treated for benefits like this. if they don't renew it, keep changing the locations. Hello to you all, My receipt date is November 7, 2017 do you know how long I will wait? I was married to a US citizen and have two kids. He is back home in my country with my kids. He does't want to bring them here. It is been 2 years and half since I saw my blessings. what can I do? I don't even have a work permit. I'm on my 3rd prima facia which will be extend for the 4th time. I know God is with me. that's why I'm still breathing in all this kind of things i'm passing through. anyone who knows when can i get approved?

Sorry to hear all you have been through. You should be hearing from them anytime now just keep been patient and positive. I remember there were two September 2017 people who got approved last month or so..nobody can tell you when exactly you will get approved except they work at Vermont and are handling your case..so just keep the faith be strong. Ask for a supervisor. And ask them to Verify your status with DHS... it will show 6 months extension. It also happen to me and i was able to get it new for 6 month more. Some DMV employee don't have a clue on this matter. Ask them to verify it.

My pending AOS  interview is set for May.. I so nervous I have heard so many things about NYC Field Office not willing to hold your I485..... until i360 is adjudicate So worried. My Ex is an LPR will be a very bad impact on me to loose EAD, work with two childrens...  I read here some of you i have renew your DL with just Prima facie don't know if that will work in NYC....

Mine was held in NYC didn't have any issues whatsover! Just ask the officer to hold it in abeyance while your vawa is adjucated. Present proof you filed for vawa, it also depends on the officer you encounter! Is why I always say pray pray and pray!

This was in 2017..and yes I've received EAD category c9 and subsequent renewals since then until March 2019 when I received category c31 under i360. I still have my c9 too which will expire May. I already sent in for renewal in Feb but may not be needing it.

how did you get EAD when ur ex was a Lpr? because i heard only people married to US citizens are qualified for EAD .

No that information is incorrect you get EAD when you have a pending Adjustment of status, there is a lot different type of EAD many people get depending on their immigration status ...  My ex husband file a petition my behalf .
