I have a question.

ย

For VAWA and eventuallyย AOS approvals, how long is the green card valid for? Is it 10? Or Is there a conditional 1 or 2 years green card that will be issued first?ย

I heard that is not conditional, as a regular processing it is good for 10 years and the best thing is that once approve we can become USC within 3 years!!!!

Good afternoon all! I was wondering if now that I have my ead and waiting for my ssn to come. Can I apply for fafsa? Last time I called to fafsa they told me I have to be a permament resident but I dont think the person I called knew about non citizens that qualify for fafsa. I want to apply for fafsa because my summer classes will be 827 each. 1600 in total ๐Ÿ˜“ and thats too much for me. Do yall think I can apply for fafsa with prima facie and once I have my ssn? I haventย apply for fafsa yet because i didnt had a social last year and now im barely going to have it.ย

I believe someone here has done it successfully as I remember reading sonething like that on here..give it a try..you never know๐Ÿ˜Š

Thatโ€™s a very tough one but there is nothing new in this world ..you wonโ€™t be the first neither the last ..Just try and do the needful so that you can be free from the hands of this evil people..so how did your first interview go,were you separated and did you guys missed some part of the questions..cause you need to explain everything to your lawyer so you he can know how to address your issue, cause they might be thinking you wanna use i360 as an escape route..how did your first interview go and did the reschedule you people for second interview...

I do agree with you. The interview lasted for about 9 minutes with the wife answering most of the questionsย as directed to her. We laterย received another letter for an initial interview again after the first one has been done.

My lawyer told me they had to be notarized, and did not attach copies of IDs

@sandraj, someone suggested we can do infopass before traveling with approved advanced parole. Like a sort of pre notifying before using the parole. Can the amiable helper (Sandra)ย on this forum give professional advice as its sound strange but could reduced anxiety when coming back. No knowledge is a waste.

hello, for affidavits from friends for vawa, do they have to attach a copy of their ID?

Goodmorning๐Ÿ˜Š speaking from personal experience, the affidavits were notarized and had copies of i.d but if you can only get them notarized it's still fine! The officers are looking for all or any credible evidence..anything that will help your case that you can lay your hands on..by all means bring it forward!๐Ÿ‘ Goodluck.

In my case yes! Affidavit letters with signature and passports copies, notarizedย  attached.
