Thank you so much. very thankful may the all mighty responds to your prays and need that way you helped me.

The above application and its supporting documents are attached. The application cannot be accepted because a proper fee or fee waiver was not submitted with your filing. If you filed Form 1-485 and paid the Form 1-485 application fee, no additional fee is required to also file Form 1-765 and/or Form 1-131. If the filing fee was waived on your 1485 filing, then fee or fee waiver is required for Form I-765 and/or Form 1-1 131. Please review your filing and resubmit with appropriate remittance of the filing fee or fee waiver. For additional information on fee filing requirements and proper jurisdiction for the form you are submitting. please visit the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov/forms, and Form G-105S Fee Schedule.

Noted. After I360 Approval, you need to wait for your priority date the appears on your Approval notice to becomes current to File for you I485/I765/I131 so is like a step by step process.... you check the priority date on the Visa Bulletin page. But don't worry for that now, approval is needed for the process.

Thx..

when does the priority date starts counting ? The date a applied for vawa or the date vawa was approved ? Thank you

My RFE is a little bit extensive, basically more proof to abuse and moral

You can do this..I was asked for good faith marriage, shared residence and good moral character! Lord knows I was devastated! But It's all behind me now!  What did you submit initially to show abuse! I know sandra always say the evaluation report from the therapist should be extensively detailed. It helps alot. Affidavits from friends family neighbors, landlord who witnessed or know about the abuse, anything to buttress it. I wish you all the best and an approval.

@Omega there are still kind souls among us, you can do it! Believe that sometimes where you less expected people offer to write affidavits...I got myself in that situation, received 6 letters from neighbors and friends without even asking for them, little I knew I was going to need them for my case. VAWA sent Aug 28 2018

EAD approved December 21st 2018

Received EAD but it had error on it

Sent it back Jan 16th 2019

EAD approved February 19th 2019

Complete silence then, received approval letters but not the card

Decided to contact congressman in March

They sent inquiry to USCIS about my case

2 weeks later my card got produced

Just received my card with no errors on it, I would encourage everyone who are waiting or feel like they are “stuck” with USCIS (I was stuck with approved status) to contact their local congressman as they are quite efficient in helping you (or they were in my case)

good luck everyone and I hope we all win this case someday!!

My EAD will expire on 07/22/2019 My employer participates on E-Verify I will probably be fired because I won't get a new EAD until my I 765 category c9p gets approved

My immigration attorney originally filed just i 360 so my i 765 was on category c31, it took me almost a month going back and forth with my lawyer giving me excuses to not file VAWA and AOS all together since I'm married to an American citizen, with no criminal background or entering illegally

She told me it's going to take about 2 weeks to file all the missing forms, so nothing will be completed until April 24th and it probably be until May 24th to get a receipt notices, so best case scenario if the EAD gets approved I won't get it until after September 24th way long after my employer let's me go

It boils my blood with anger being the victim and having no protection at all until an eternity passes and my abusive wife can just continue with her life just because she can stay and work by the right of birth, it doesn't matter if we worked to get here legally, it doesn't matter if we are decent people at the end of the day we're just filthy immigrants that steal jobs and we must be treated like ____ on every opportunity

I curse her, I curse her obsessive compulsive abusive dad I curse her entire family and descendants, one day the universe will punish them with justice
