Good day all,

Please I have a question, I received an RFE which I responded back over 60 days ago, yet I have not gotten a response from USCIS.  I'm kinda worried, I thought they respond back within 60 days you submit the RFE. It's now 63days they received the response to their RFE.

So what do y' all suggest I do????

I filled vawa in 2017 July, received RFE in December 2018, responded back February 5 2019.

Thanks

Hi, if you don’t mind sharing what was your RFE? I just received one but I don’t know what it is yet.

I will asked for them to please to put on hold until i360 is approved. Anybody had experience on NYC office? what other documents need to take ?? Gladly appreciated any answer.

I'm in NYC and my attorney simply gave a copy of i360 receipt and prima facie. Most people without prima facie still get to do it successfully with just the i360 receipt. Most of all..it depends on the officer you meet. Some are understanding..others are not.wish you the best.

Thank you for replying... I have both I360 & Prima Facie....

Here is something that happen to my particular case when i file i360, USCIS sent an email to me and my abuser saying my case was ready to be interview on mine i485 because both of our numbers and emails were listed on my application to received notification, my ex husband got crazy and said he will be in the interview once the date was set up to stop everything. My lawyer immediately contact USCIS to please do not send any notification on my I485 or date  to him because a i360 was file for abuse and order of protection was in place, and he email me today saying the he Also received an email saying the my I-765 file on 2017 was rejected jajaja,  USCIS send him also an email but with incorrect information to protect me as my lawyer request...

No problem. He can't do anything now since your mission to the appointment is only to ask that the i485 be put on hold, and not an actual interview! Worst case scenario if he withdraws it..you file a new one upon approval of your i360!
