So I am a May 2017 Vawa filer

My vawa was approved in October 2018

I recieved a courtesy letter I-693 in Feb 2019

When I check the processing time the uscis processing time is processing may 30 2017 which it's when I filed. 

Anyone knows how soon I'll get an interview date.. my processing time is coming to an end soon. Because the field office is 23 mths and April will be 23 mths

You need to count from the time your I485 reach your local office that's when the waiting game start i guess

Hello house,I’m about to send my change of address to Vermont center vawa section..I sent in my i360 on the 21st of March and I was having marriage interview for my i485 and I went alone and asked for them to hold it but she said she will deny my application..but I received rfe to send receipt for i360 so they can decide my case..please what can I do about the receipt cause they haven’t sent the receipt to me and My lawyer and can I send them the tracking number that shows the receiver of the package at Vermont center to show that I filed for it truly cause they have me ultimatum of a month to send the receipt and no one knows when they will send the receipt..

for my vawa, i'm submitting joint bank account statements for bona fide and i'm printing them myself. does it matter if i print the bank statements in black and white only? or should it be with colous? or it doesn't matter? thanks

Hey, just wait to receive your I360 receipt. You Mailed March 21, you have two more weeks it takes up to 30 days to get a receipt. My receipt came like 2 days before the 30 days. When you get it just send  the rfe express mail and it takes like two or three days to get there. Even if it gets denied just fill a new I485. Don’t sweat about the things you can’t control. 🙏

I am same stage, I got Courtesy Letter with request for I693 to bring to my Interview (Chicago Local) on March 13th 2019, still waiting for Interview Notice.

Did you do Medical already?

Yes I did. The medical already... just waiting on my interview notice.

May 25 2017 (I485,I360,I765c31)

Sept 7 2018 RFE (I360)

Sept 27 2018 RFE Request back into USCIS

October 29 2018 I360 approval with EAD c09

Feb 22 2019 I765 c31 approval

Chicago base is April 7th 2017 for Employment Applications... not sure if this is what means processing timeline for Vawa’s.

Did you do Medical yet? I schedule my appointment for May 18th not knowing my date set yet...
