Noted. After I360 Approval, you need to wait for your priority date the appears on your Approval notice to becomes current to File for you I485/I765/I131 so is like a step by step process.... you check the priority date on the Visa Bulletin page. But don't worry for that now, approval is needed for the process.

Your friends should mention whether they knew you before you got married, when you got married, the relationship between you in the beginning and before separation. They should describe whether you lived as husband and wife together, and activities you've done together with your friends. If you friends have witnessed the abuse, they should describe it in detail too. I know some people send affidavits regarding bona fide marriage separately from affidavits about the VAWA matter. If your friends witnessed both the marriage and the abuse, ask them to write about both, if not, they can give you an affidavit regarding bona fide marriage or VAWA. My lawyer told me and my friends to describe everything in detail, e.g. include dates and locations of the incident. Hope this helps.

Congratulations 🎻🎻🎻Kleenex.. I had interview on March 13 online says interview completed and must be reviewed .. is it a bad sign as in your case it didn’t say anything and approved...

Hi everyone. Just finished my interview. It went very well. When the officer called me in, she was very nice and courteous. She swore me in and made me sign a waiver that I was willing to be interviewed without my lawyer present. She asked for my medical and I said that I had not gotten it done because the interview notice came only yesterday. she said it was no problem and that I could send it in before July 3. 

 

She asked me the bio-data questions on my I485 form. And then she said I know it’s very difficult to ask about the abuse so I won’t bring it up but I need You to answer these questions. tell me your husbands name, his birthday, the address you resided with him and the date of your wedding a which I promptly answered. 

 

Then she proceeded to ask me the processing yes/no questions.

 

then she asked me if I had any questions. I asked her if she had everything and if everything looked ok. She said she didn’t see any red flags. 

 

Then she ended with ok we’re done. When we receive the medical report, we will approve your case. 

 

 

Praise God! I’m so happy. I was very lucky because the officer was so nice and accommodating. 

 

Thank you to everyone in this forum. You all have kept me sane these last few months.

one Question this EAD is for I360 ?? Or did you apply for I765 (C09)

This is my first EAD based on VAWA under C09. 

 

My EAD based on marriage was denied due withrawal of my husband.

Dec 23 2016 - rcvd the Notice of Receipt 

 

Feb 4 2017 - fingerprint notice 

Feb 22 2017 - fingerprint appointment 

Mar 17 2017 - EAD requested for production 

Mar 21 2017 - I765 was approved

Mar 27 2017 - EAD was mailed out 

Apr 6 2017 - received EAD

 

Jan 29 2018 - application submitted for EAD renewal

Mar 30 2018 - I360 RFE notice received 

May 29 2018 - renewed EAD ordered

Jun 1 2018 -  renewed EAD mailed out 

Jun 3 2018 - received renewed EAD

Jun 15 2018 - VAWA RFE docs submitted

Aug 1 2018 - VAWA approved 

Aug 29 2018 - I485 case transferred to another office 

 

Mar 26 2019 - notice for I 485 interview (I only received this notice on April 8. But March 26 was the date in the notice) 

Apr 9 3018 - I485 interview

 

i will update when I submit my medical and hear about the status of the case.
