It is not a wrong information

In the State of New Jersey they asked me before the reason why i wanna be divorce? and i wrote down the reason of the divorce in order to serve the spouse and  allow her or him to READ  and sign.

It gotta be a reason show that you need a divorce

By the way have you ever divorce?

I didn't mean it's wrong to state in your divorce proceedings but you had stated it helps along with your vawa was a bit off. But for divorce you can choose any to mention the abuse or not irreconcilable differences is a reason too. So either way all is correct.

Guys, the police clearance from our Home Country is mandatory? I sent only the FBI police clearance and I haven’t sent from my Home country. Ps: I have been living less than 3 years in the US.

trying to figure out what my 2nd RFE can be

There you go..it just might be it..I was asked for that specifically! They mentioned since I was here for less than 3yrs, I should provide clearance from my country which I did. If you pretty much give them what they ask, you'll get approved no doubt.

You'll be surprised not everyone get updates as we know how the updates are erratic..so to speak..sometimes you do other times you don't! My word to you is hold on to your mind..don't lose it like you said..sandra has addressed this same issue earlier..irrespective of what the officers told you, you are not out of time to receive your greencard. The thing is you will receive it..when? I can't say. Some get theirs faster than others. Hang in there girl you will get it.
