Your case will move forward. It's Vawa so it doesn't matter who contacts USCIS, they will never consider anything anyone else says..your petition is private. Just keep on documenting details of any ongoing abuse! This is also a way to control you and humiliate you..it's a psychological torture! By the grace of God you will win!

thank you i hope so

Im just waiting on my RFE and hopefully, after that my case will move forward,  im reading all the comments and im seeing how people are getting a positive outcome on there case and i hope i can be one of them

Believe me I was in your shoes before mine came through..I hoped and prayed..this good forum and the positive guidance helped me. Stick with the positive energy I know you will scale through! Whats the position with your RFE? Did you enlist the help of your congressman? It really helps..

I did. Before my Vawa was approved. The. I had the card in production (c31), approval, got all the approval letters etc, then my status went to this corresponde received. I didn’t send anything. I think it’s just a glitch. I don’t worry about it.

Can I and my spouse get divorced while my VAWA I-360 is pending?

Yes, it doesn’t have anything to do with your application. You are a self petitioner, you don’t depend of your spouse with this application.

you just have to prove the physical and/or physiological abused.

No worries, it most be an online error or glitch, mine change too to “No information can be provided” but I know my case is already at NBC and soon to be at Local Office.

So, Is that possible to file divorce without reporting abuse ? we are now separated . I am now living in different county for more than 6 months.   I am so scared to confront my spouse in the court as my spouse family and my spouse  threatened me.They are so violent. I don't want to provide any evidence that I have to answer face to face in front of my spouse. And, also I can't rely on reporting to the cops as they will not provide me safety 24/7 before something happens.  And what will happen if my spouse deny the incidents of the abuses ? I just want the divorce peacefully.
