I Got married January 2014 to USA citizen .

Timeline ,  My journey : 

April 2015 : filed 130 / 765 / 485 based on marriage case .

August 2015 :   Received my First EAD card .

February 2016 : Interview for 485 at my local office Pennsylvania based on marriage case my Ex refused to come and he claimed he was sick but he was fine just he wanted me to get deported and I went to interview and asked USCIS to reschedule the interview. 

August 2016 : 360 filed .

December 2016 : RFE for Good moral character .

January 2017 : USCIS received respond for good moral character .

February 2017 : received prima facie .

March 2018 : c 31 / 360 approved .

I thought USCIS transferred 130 to 360 but never happened .long story.

April 2018 : filed  new 485 /765 based on vawa approved .

Never received my EAD card for 765 based on my new 485 pending .

March 14/ 2019 : 485  interview based on vawa approved at my local office Pennsylvania .

March 15 /2019 : update online on my pervious 485 closed by administratively . But I never received Denied letter USCIS didn't send just officer told me at the end interview they will denied my pervious 485 and reason for denied might will be administratively closed .

March 18 2019 : update online my new 485 transferred to other office . 

April 4 2019 : got update online on my new 485 card was mailed .

Thank you God .

After long 9 months I got my first EAD produced. Its great news to me and its almost my first year anniversary since I filled for vawa May 1 2018. 😊

The associate attorney I spoke with at my attorney's office  in mid March suggested waiting till end of April, thankfully I didn't listen to her, I submitted a request directly to USCIS, no congress person, nothing, and they just approved my EAD today!! So basically, 2 weeks from the time I submitted the request to them. Please try, hopefully they'll send it to you immediately. Some of these attorney's offices, our urgency is not their urgency as they have many clients.

I have raise two Service request online, they were never assigned to an officer, i went to my congressman they called USCIS in front of me they  responded the  i still have my 180days extension on my EAD until June 2019, is still valid and i can continue working, they told my congressman to provide a letter from my employer to expedite.. My Ead was sent mistakenly to NBC not VSC by my lawyer... I sent the letter today thru my congressman office. Let see what action they take.

3/27/2018 submit ai-485,I-765, waived fee

3/21/2019 renew EAD CARD ,

3/25/2019 initial review 

 

4/5/2019 USCIS return my renew Doucment to me request I pay fee , I don’t know I need to pay.

 

how about other friends case ,I-485  is pending , renew EAD card need to pay ?

After sending them 3 letter asking to send again, they haven't. It's been almost 3 months and I know RFE's are time sensitive.

Make sure your name is in or on the mailbox.. I had a issue like that.. I called uscis and they explained that the mail man/woman didn't deliver it because they weren't sure i lived there as my name wasn't on/in the mailbox. So i placed my name in the mailbox and he delivered it..

Is your EAD C31 which is after vawa approval? Counting from May 1,2018 is 11 months because in couple of days, it will be a year. Please clarify. Thank you and congratulations.

This has to be one of the fastest i360 processing in a long time..I was going to ask same question but was too happy with the good news. I love the energy that comes with good news after good news! I really do hope its c31 either ways awesome news!😊😊
