Why an immigration judge? Were you in removal proceedings? This makes me worried cause I have not received any news about my i485 and on the case status it says

"At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information."

not sure if my case is at the local office,

and again apart from the approval of i360 I recieved a notice called deferred action for 15 months not sure about anything.

Please was your i485 filed by your abuser or you filed alongside i360 or following an approval? Just wondering why you haven't heard anything abd also to get an idea about the duration.

I have same message since August 2018, now starting March 13 2019 I finally got my Courtesy Letter so I don't think it matters, don’t worry too much about the message on line so time are errors.... your case keeps moving along 🙌🏼🇺🇸💫

Please did you receive the deffered action alongside your approval notice as well? Does everyone receive it or just some people?

My abuser/spouse told me multiple times that my case will not go anywhere he contacted my lawyer USCIS and even now that person is abusing me.

Your case will move forward. It's Vawa so it doesn't matter who contacts USCIS, they will never consider anything anyone else says..your petition is private. Just keep on documenting details of any ongoing abuse! This is also a way to control you and humiliate you..it's a psychological torture! By the grace of God you will win!

i'M Still waiting I am from August 2018, but when you renew on time you will received 180 days extension.

@FeDaniela That is a really long time to wait. Please send an online service request on the USCIS website asking why your card renewal is taking so long. The associate attorney I spoke with at my attorney's office  in mid March suggested waiting till end of April, thankfully I didn't listen to her, I submitted a request directly to USCIS, no congress person, nothing, and they just approved my EAD today!! So basically, 2 weeks from the time I submitted the request to them. Please try, hopefully they'll send it to you immediately. Some of these attorney's offices, our urgency is not their urgency as they have many clients.

All the best!!

Actually it works in your favor because it is proof of the continue abused.

I don’t understand why people abused of others, so sad...stay safe and be strong!

Well spoken! That's why I advice people to get proactive as our urgency like you said is not their urgency! Congrats!
