is your I360 approved? If yes, did you get Courtesy Letter already?

 You can renew Up to 180 days (roughly 6 months) before expiration, So you may want to start now since is taking a little longer than before.

Good morning VJs member. Hope you all have goods news about your case.

My att informed me that my 5th prima facie dated sep23 2019. She asked me to come and pick up if I didn't receive that prima facie by mail too?!?! How messy she made my case! Another waitings... 19 months passed. Nothing news even RFE, only continued prima facie for me and my son.

You can renew 3 months before expiration. Just an opinion..you could do it way before..if you have an attorney, they can guide you.

Wow. I had a messy experience with my attorney as well...5th prima facie? Hmm..why don't you try and enquire through your congressman or senator..I did the same before they started working on my case and I got RFE. If you have a messy attorney, just get proactive! That's what I did. Wish you best of luck.

My receipt date is Aug 22. 2017 and I'm waiting for their RFE...

March 2017. Waited forever to get RFE before approval. Try and enquire through your representative like I suggested.

Wow! That is a long time! Why?! ... Did your awyer said something to you about it?

If you don’t mind telling me how long did it take  from Courtesy Letter to Interview Date to get set? and what is your Local Field Office?

but it seems your vawa got approved accordingly with a reasonable time frame.

I am May 25th 2017 filler

Oct 29th 2018 Vawa approved 

still waiting for my I485 Interview Letter

Why an immigration judge? Were you in removal proceedings? This makes me worried cause I have not received any news about my i485 and on the case status it says 

"At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information."

 

not sure if my case is at the local office,

 

and again apart from the approval of i360 I recieved a notice called deferred action for 15 months not sure about anything.

Have you have called USCIS regading your I485.... maybe you should go to your congressman to inquired on your behalf, so you be sure.

I have the same issue with my “new” I-485. i called Uscis and they said it is a system glitch. Please try accessing the status fo your application on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

it works for me
