Hi everyone today I picked up my EAD card under c31. I'm so happy! The card has same photo with the one in my c9 category.😊 God is awesome!

Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office

On April 4, 2019, the Post Office delivered your new card for Receipt Number EACxxxxxxxxxxx, to the address that you gave us. The tracking number assigned is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. You can use your tracking number at www.USPS.com in the Quick Tools Tracking section. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschangeto give us your new mailing address.

Thanks dear..its the same with the c9 category only that the EACxxxxxxxxxxx replaces the other one MSCxxxxxxxxxx so one has EAC the other has MSC but same photo.

mine is different, from green now it is red and blue with a star it looks way better in design. and it doesn't have my fingerprint.

Just wondering how did your attoney look like when she saw it was an ead?

CONGRATULATIONS! I'm under the same category, could you please share your timeline with us? My receipt date is 02/26/2019 and it will be a long way before I get any updates and it's driving me insane, did you get your case processed at the Vermont office?

I am still laughing! I quickly went to the office to pick it up as I've been monitoring it through usps tracking. She wasn't even in the office so I asked one of the paralegals to hand it to me..but they made a copy for her..guess she looking dumb now!😏 she really argued with me..that USCIS don't go about gifting EAD..lol..

Lol..this is not the time to get insane..you're just getting started..the wait is just ahead..brace yourself..hopefully yours goes fast..mine was super slow. I'm a March 2017 filer..got RFE when folks where getting approvals. It was on March 28 that I got the card production..so yeah it took 2yrs!😊

3/21/2019 I was Renew my EAD, but until right now 4/4/2019 not yet get any receipt , did you know renew EAD address as below is correct ?

I recently like 2 days ago i got an RFE can someone tell me how long it takes for the post service to deliver the USCIS RFE and what is going to happen after you submit the requested documents?

Here is my timeline for my new EAD under C09

 

August 08/2018 filing for renewal of my EAD

December 21/2018 Case transferred to another office 

March 28/2019 Card being produced 

April 01/2019 New EAD in my hand and the card is completely new I mean the design has changed. 

 

VAWA case file and received from the USCIS on September 2015

on August 18 2016 name changed idk why and what happen?

On October 2018 again Name update. And nothing else like a change on my case since filing. 

Finaly in March 2019 a RFE is requested so hopefully nothing bad and hopefully they finally started to work on my case. 

 

Once again I want to say thank you to everyone on here for there support and encouragement you guys are the best.  

I saw you said “August 08/2018 filing for renewal of my EAD”, when you got your renew card receipt ?

and where are you sent renew EAD address ? Is it VSC ? 

 

Becausw 3/21/2019 I was renew EAD card, until today 4/4/2019  not yet get renew EAD. Receipt .

Whew long journey...

 

I filed VAWA October 2017

(I am on my 3rd EAD)

No RFE, I went straight from VAWA received to new card being produced April 2, 2019.

 

This new EAD card comes just intime as my current expires soon plus I was here stressing about financial aid.

Guys, the journey was long but try to occupy your time with progressing. There were times when I had breakdowns and had to be placed on medication and sadly there are some aspects of my trauma that are still with me but thankfully for the most part I am doing well. School has REALLY helped me to look forward to the future. 

 

I now have to figure out my divorce, I didn't do ot earlier because I did not have the funds as well I was not in a mental state to deal with my ex. Thing is, now he is MIA...no one knows where he is, family no one. Any suggestions about getting a divorce when you're unable to find your spouse? I've googled... so I'm more looking for passed experiences with a similar issue and timelines. How long does the divorce process take? 

 

Also traveling, I feel a bit more confident now with the i360 to travel to see my family...aaand I'm broke 😅...it's always something. But good luck to all.
